What's different about a corporate date
Raipur's venue options range from hotel banquet halls to open-air and farmhouse spaces, and the right fit depends on format — a 200-person award night wants a different room than a two-day offsite. Lead time matters more for a corporate date than for most private events: budgets often need internal sign-off before a venue can be confirmed, and the strongest dates get booked early. The sooner we're brought in once a date and rough headcount are fixed, the wider the choice of venue and vendors.
Corporate events also vary more in scale than anything else we plan — a 30-person leadership offsite and an 800-person dealer meet have almost nothing in common except needing a single point of contact who owns the outcome. How far in advance should we book?
As soon as the date and approximate headcount are fixed. Corporate bookings often need internal budget sign-off before they're confirmed, and the venues and vendors best suited to a given date get booked early — earlier contact means more options, not a hard deadline.
Do you manage vendors and AV directly, or just the planning?
Both. Vendors, AV, staging and catering coordination are contracted and rehearsed by our team as part of production — you're not left coordinating a separate AV company, decorator and caterer yourself.
What does the budget process look like?

Can you run multi-day offsites, not just single-day events?
